AQUABATTERY wins 'Innovative Energy Solution 2023' award at Vakbeurs Energie, a national fair for the energy sector, on October 10th, 2023.
AQUABATTERY received the ‘Innovative Energy Solutions Award 2023’ at the Vakbeurs Energie in Den Bosch. Janneke Tjon Pian Gi, Chief Commercial Officer at AQUABATTERY, pitched our solution in front an engaged audience on the first day of the fair, and afterwards received the award out of the hands of jury chairman Mark Meijer.
The jury applauded the innovator’s use of abundantly available materials, water and table salt, to store electricity to provide a crucial piece of the energy transition puzzle. AQUABATTERY was selected as winner out of three finalists, BENGglas and Maestr.
Following this first exciting day at the Vakbeurs Energie, AQUABATTERY had the privilege to present its innovation during Energy Storage NL’s annual Energy Storage Day before an audience of hundreds of interested stakeholders on the second day of the fair.
